South Of England U15 Championships

In the South Of England Championships at Ashford on Saturday, 14 year old Amelia Barrett ran an excellent race to place 4th in the 1500 metres Under 15 girls final. In a highly competitive race, Amelia was with the leading group until the last lap when she held on to 4th place in great style to record 4 mins 59 secs, just outside her best. Alicia McArdell placed 10th in the same race in 5 mins 12 secs.
